Shop Policies

 PLEASE NOTE:

Due to COVID conditions, standard mail (untracked) is not available to select countries. 

As of 2022, untracked mail to the USA has been reintroduced, and therefore, I will be slowly shipping out past orders with untracked shipping. If there is any address change or if you're not from the USA and would like me to send it out, please email me at atinyco.etc2@gmail.com; you will be required to pay the difference in order for untracked packages to be sent out. 

Please be patient with me during this time; I will do my best to work in a timely manner. Thank you.

 

REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  

I CAN NOT issue a refund if:

- the item is lost in transit

- the production time/shipping time is "too long"; please be understanding of the fact that this is a one-woman shop and that production times vary

- the item has small flaws/doesn't match initial design; I try to be very transparent about the process of pin production and will always notify and offer extra options of any big changes made

- a pre-order pin is funded/in production

- you’d like to cancel your order due to buyers remorse

- you have not planned in advance and have overspent

- you have accidently bought the wrong item

If there is a justifiable circumstance, please email me so that something can be worked out.

I CAN ONLY issue a refund if:

- a pre-order pin does not get funded

- I have sent the wrong pins/there is a missing pin in your order

- the pin is severely damaged in transit

- the package has been returned to me*

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package has been returned to me for any reason, I will contact you to offer two options; to receive a refund for your order EXCLUDING the shipping OR to pay for shipping a second time to have it re-sent.

If you would like a refund instead, I will refund the order EXCLUDING the shipping costs.

 

LOST MAIL

I am not responsible for any mail lost in transit. Tracked packages automatically come with insurance for up to $100. If tracked mail of up to $100 is lost, you will be reimbursed. If your package is untracked and you are concerned with your mail being lost, please contact me and I can try to contact the post office. HOWEVER, ultimately I cannot refund the order as I am not liable for any lost or damaged packages.

International orders can take from 2-5 weeks to arrive. With COVID in mind, please allow for some extra time on top of these estimated arrival times.

 

CUSTOMS

Please keep in mind I am not responsible for any custom fees, import fees, or taxes related to your country. 

For EU buyers: due to the new VAT laws implemented from July 1st 2021, please note that if you are buying from my shop, you have understood that you responsible for any VAT, customs, taxes and any additional fees upon package arrival as I am not responsible for any of these fees.

 

COMBINING/HOLDING ORDERS

If you would like to combine multiple orders or hold an order for the next shop update, please refer to the Combining/Holding Orders tab.

 

COMBINING PRE-ORDERS WITH INSTOCKS

I personally like holding pre-orders separately from in-hand shop updates as it is more convenient for me. Pre-ordered items can, however, be combined with later orders that have in-hand items. In this case, please keep in mind that I will ONLY send out the order when ALL PRE-ORDERS have arrived. If you would like to receive in-hand items as quick as possible, you will need to make separate orders, without combining it to the pre-order(s).

 

BUYING AND RESELLING RULES

Buying Rules

  • There are no limits to how many of one item you can buy HOWEVER I encourage you to only take advantage of this if buying with a drop buddy to ensure that everyone has the chance to purchase what they want; please don't overbuy JUST to trade or re-sale my products
  • If you and all your drop buddies have been able to buy the pins, I DO NOT offer refunds. In that case, please refer to the reselling rules listed below.

Reselling Rules

  • Please do not resell a pin for more than the original price including shipping and any necessary fees if the pin is still available in my shop
  • Please only trade/sell after you've received the pin

 

GRADING SYSTEM

I personally use multiple manufacturers, and quality differs across different manufacturers. Please keep that in mind. All pins are handmade so please understand that every pin has its flaws; even A Grades.

Personally for me, pin grading also changes according to the overall quality of the pin. Of course, I will still do my best to assign the correct grade to the pins but if the flaw is constant throughout the batch, depending on the severity, I may not count it as a large flaw. 
(For example: if the batch of pins has squiggly enamel in one area of the pin, while I still consider it a flaw, I will simply not count it as one of the main flaws, discount the price overall and grade based on additional flaws.)

Pin grades define the condition of a pin; there are 4 standards in my shop. Every shop has a different grading system; please remember that grading is subjective. Here is my standard:

A GRADE

These pins are the best of the batch; please keep in mind there are no perfect pins as pins are handmade. A Grades, while being the best of the batch, may still have 2-3 minor flaws (i.e. small specks, small scratches, dust flecks, uneven metal etc.). If there are any flaws, it is usually only noticeable under close inspection. 

B GRADE

These pins are still great quality but will have more small noticeable flaws such as dust, flecks, slightly disfigured metal and small areas of slightly underfilled enamel etc. These are sold at a more discounted price.

C GRADE

These pins have multiple major multiple flaws that can impact the design such as disfigured metal, large flecks, dust, slightly missing screen printing, large areas of underfilled enamel, overfilled enamel etc. These are sold at an even more discounted price.

SECONDS

These pins have very large defects that impact the design the most; this can include missing enamel, miscoloured enamel, missing elements, faulty pin posts etc. This is the cheapest pin of the four grades and is sold at the most discounted price in comparison.

✿ I've sent the wrong address/I want to change my address completely! What do I do?

Please contact me via email (atinyco.etc2@gmail.com) and include the following:

1. Your FULL NAME or ORDER NUMBER

2. Your FULL NAME & NEW ADDRESS

Please note: if the address is changed to another outside of the original region listed, there may be some additional charges.

I will then send an email back to confirm that I have noted it down.

Once the package is sent, it is out of my hands.

  

✿  Will you restock x pin?

I am always open to restocking pins IF they receive enough interest. If a pin is LE, I will also be transparent about that.

 

✿  What are the payment options in your shop?

I offer ShopPay as well as the standard PayPal and credit/debit.

 

✿  Are you able to sell me a pin/hold a pin for me before the official drop date?

This is not possible as it is unfair to other buyers; I would also appreciate it if you would refrain from asking so. I try to place my drop dates at a suitable time for the majority of my buyers.

 

✿  When my you ship my order/when will my order arrive?

I always have my shop updates on the weekends and tend to spend a week or so packaging the orders. Whilst a week or two may seem long to package/process orders, please keep in mind that I have other duties outside of my small business. Please also keep in mind that because I offer the option of combining/holding orders, a little extra time is needed for me to package/set aside/combine orders. The process of making labels is also quite time consuming.

I try to have everything sent 3 or so weeks later after the shop update, unless stated otherwise. I apologise if this process is long for you and simply ask for your patience and understanding.

After it has been sent, the arrival time depends on multiple factors. As a broad spectrum, international packages take around 2-5 weeks and domestic packages take around a week or so. Please give these estimates an extra 1-2 weeks due to the situation surrounding COVID.
